   USF STUDENTS: Sign-Up/Update
  1. Log in at OASIS.
  2. Select 'Personal Information'

  3. Select 'Update My Emergency Notification Mobile Number'
  4. Enter your phone number, including area code.
  5. Click the Submit button

FACULTY AND STAFF: Sign-Up/Update
  1. Log in to GEMS Self Service
  2. Select 'Personal Information'
  3. Select 'Phone Numbers'
  4. Add a Phone Number (if 'USF MoBull Messenger' is blank) or Update 'USF MoBull Messenger' number
  5. Click the Save button
  6. Click OK

Be sure to keep your account up-to-date if your phone number changes!
